Overview

Mr. Kwicien has over 30 years of executive management experience. He has founded several entrepreneurial ventures and has significant experience in negotiating strategic alliances, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kwicien and his partners founded Daymark Capital Advisors in 2001. Previously, Mr. Kwicien was a founder and managing director of Incube8, Inc. a business incubator, accelerator and venture capital firm. Mr. Kwicien oversaw the operational activities of the fund, was a member of the investment committee, and provided mentoring and strategic guidance to portfolio company executive teams. In 1995, Mr. Kwicien founded RewardsPlus, a national employee benefits company that leverages Internet technology and worksite-marketing strategies to deliver customized benefits solutions to employers and employees. He led RewardsPlus as President and CEO until he successfully exited the company in 1999.

Prior to RewardsPlus, Mr. Kwicien spent over 20 years in the insurance and financial services industry and held executive positions principally in sales and marketing with Prudential, Crum & Forster and Zurich Insurance Group. Mr. Kwicien is a member of the UMBC President's Advisory Council, serves as a member of the Executive Committee of The Baltimore Business Forum and sits on the Advisory Board for The National Association of Professional Enrollment Specialists / Enrollment Specialists International (N.A.P.E.S./eSI). Mr.

Kwicien holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Radek has over 10 years experience in operations and strategic marketing, specifically: marketing of intangibles, worksite and affinity marketing, Internet marketing, marketing research and public relations. Ms. Radek and her partners founded Daymark Capital Advisors in 2001. Most recently, Ms. Radek was a founder and vice president of Incube8, Inc., a business incubator, accelerator and venture capital fund where she created and managed the company's corporate marketing communications initiatives. In addition, Ms. Radek held interim management positions with portfolio companies to accelerate business formation activities. Prior to Incube8, Ms. Radek held the position of senior project director with an award winning, national interactive agency. She was responsible for the leadership and profitability of technology and design project teams for multi-million dollar client initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Radek was employed with RewardsPlus, a national employee benefits company that leverages Internet and worksite-marketing strategies to deliver customized benefit solutions to employers and employees. Hired during the company's start-up phase, Ms. Radek was responsible to create and establish procedures for program implementation with employer-clients, project manage the initial client implementation, perform software development testing, create and manage the company's call center, and was involved with marketing the program to employer clients. In addition, Ms. Radek spent several years in the insurance and financial services industry with Zurich Insurance Group. Ms. Radek is a graduate of Loyola College.
